the spirit

the spirit is a somewhat comedic take on a superhero movie. the main character runs around the city in which he lives, like a superman or batman character, taking care of the city and working with the police. the villain in this film is samuel l. jackson's character, who glorifies adolf hitler. i liked the style of this film, with memorable female characters in a cartoonish plot.
